CareVision has rolled out key system updates to align with the latest NDIS pricing and subsidy changes, making it easier for providers to stay compliant and up to date.
If your organisation has already opted in, there’s nothing more to do—CareVision has automatically updated all NDIS billing categories and Home Care Package (HCP) funding sources in your system. If not, you can still opt in by contacting our Support Team at [email protected] for assistance.
What’s New?
🔄 Core Supports
Rates for both Standard and High Intensity supports have been updated in line with indexation and Fair Work wage increases.
🧠 Therapy Supports
State-based pricing has been removed. New national flat rates now apply:
- Psychology: $232.99/hour (↑ $10)
- Physiotherapy: $183.99/hour (↓ $10)
- Dietetics & Podiatry: $188.99/hour (↓ $5)
🧭 Support Coordination & Recovery Coaching
Level 1 support prices are now indexed in line with Disability Support Worker rates under the updated NDIS Cost Model.
💳 Plan Management
- Establishment Fee Removed: The one-off setup fee has been discontinued.
- Remote Loadings Removed: Providers no longer need to charge extra for remote areas. To remove these from your clients, simply place an End Date on the Client Group.
What You Should Do
- Review your NDIS billing categories and service agreements.
- Update pricing, billing increments, and travel caps.
- Inform participants and support coordinators of the changes.
- Revisit plan management and support coordination agreements as needed.
