With Home Care Packages officially ending on 31 October 2025 and being replaced by Support at Home, which starts on 1 November 2025, CareVision strives to provide the necessary assistance for clients to make transitions smoother. This includes everything from a Support at Home Transition Guide to a Support at Home Q&A.
However, based on client testimonials, the training sessions by the CareVision team were some of the most helpful resources provided. Topics covered included:
- Budget Tracking
- Coordinating from the Mobile App & Case Management
- Scheduling
- Client Day-to-Day
- Manage Leads & Quoting
- Client Intake, Quote, and Agreement
- and more
Feedback from clients was generally positive to overwhelmingly good. Many found these trainings “clear and informative” and “easy to understand”. Attendees also appreciated training facilitators “stopping for Q&As” and the “one-on-one question and answer session” that were specific to their organisation and/or situation.
During these trainings, there were also live demos and step-by-step guides that gave trainees a better understanding of the software. What’s more, there were clients who were delighted to find additional capabilities that they weren’t aware CareVision could offer. They “appreciated to see the system in action to fully understand what is possible”.
The CareVision team aims to make the transition to Support at Home simple and easy for clients. If you have questions about Support at Home, submit a ticket here.
