However, Disability Representative Organisations noted that there is no comprehensive protection for people with disabilities in the bill. Vilification and hate speech laws fall short when it comes to people with disability.
The protections for people with disabilities are inconsistent and are not explicitly or reliably covered in legislative frameworks.
