By early 2026, BESTMED’s cloud-based aged care medication management system will be fully integrated into Best Practice Software’s BP Premier, connecting 70% of GP practices with around 50% of aged care homes nationwide.
CareVision is working with BESTMED to bring this capability directly into the CareVision NDIS App and Home Care platform. Providers will soon be able to view, update, and share medication records in real time- without double-handling- improving accuracy, compliance, and participant safety.This integration strengthens CareVision’s commitment to giving NDIS providers the tools they need to deliver safe, coordinated, and high-quality care.
