The NDIA is in the process of transitioning from its existing SAP CRM system to a new platform known as PACE (Participant and Communication Environment). Designed to enhance the way the NDIS connects with participants and providers, PACE is built on Salesforce technology and introduces a range of updates for service providers.
One key development is the new my NDIS provider portal, which replaces the old system. Providers will now use this portal to access participant plans, submit reports, and manage other essential tasks.
Another major shift is the move towards bulk payment requests for participants who have transitioned to PACE. This means providers must be familiar with the system’s new claiming process.
To enable seamless data sharing, API access will be available, but providers must first contact the NDIS Digital Partnership Office (DPO) at [email protected] before applying.
While integration is currently on hold pending advice from the DPO, support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches are encouraged to begin preparing for the changes.
