CareVision is thrilled to announce that the CareVision app has gone live with one of our valued partners, Tender Loving Care Disability Services, in Brisbane.
On the 22nd of August 2023, the CareVision Team held a Kickoff Session during the Professional Development Night at the TLC Disability Services’ Brisbane Office.
The session was led by Damian, Tender Loving Care Disability Services National Operations and Service Delivery Manager, who trained the care teams on how to use the app and how to support their participants. The care teams were eager to download the CareVision app to their mobile devices during the training.
Tender Loving Care Disability Services is an Australian-owned and operated NDIS-registered provider with over 50 years of combined experience in the disability sector. With offices nationwide in Sydney, Melbourne, Werribee, and Brisbane. The TLC goal is to increase the quality of life of their participants.
With the CareVision app, TLC users are empowered to access and manage their care services on their mobile devices. Participants can also view their care plans, schedules, invoices, and feedback forms anytime and anywhere. They can also communicate with their care teams and family members in real-time through the app.
The CareVision is also being rolled out across the operations of the business from first contact with the customer, the TLC team can now effectively and efficiently quote and contract, manage the risk process and evaluation and assessments for participants while on boarding as well as on an ongoing basis. The seamless transition from Quoting to Scheduling and managing day to day workflows within the CareVision forms and workflows is set to save TLC subtstantial time and improve risk management. The integration with HICAPS Proda and integrated billing, paying and claiming processes are providing greater cashflow confidence and visibility for management.
