NDIS provider portals have changed to myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager or RAM from PRODA or Provider Digital Access. The transition started back in August 2025, and now PRODA has been discontinued. Providers who need help with myID and RAM will be happy to find out that the NDIS is offering an information session for this on 1 May 2026, Friday. You may RSVP online until 30 April 2026, Thursday.
