Closing your CareVision account means that you will not be able to log-in to the CareVision Plus app or the CareVision portal. You will also lose visibility of  your calendar, tasks, in-app chat messages and more.

When you close a CareVision account, CareVision needs to ensure that:

 

  1. The account deletion is requested by you, the account holder, and not by someone else trying to close your account.
  2. That you are missing out on anything important that you are going to need later.
  3. That your affiliated care organisation is aware of your request and will take the steps to ensure safe removal of access.

If you are sure that you wish to Delete or Remove your CareVision account, please request account removal from your affiliated care organisation.
